Delivery Information

Orders are delivered Monday-Saturday excluding bank holidays.

If your delivery address is subject to access restrictions (narrow lanes, etc) please inform us when ordering.

All orders are not suitable for outside storage or exposure to the wet.

Delivery operates within 5 working days.

Delivery Charges

• Local Area 1: (WA2, WA12) = £5.00
• Local Area 2: (WA1, WA3, WA5, WA8-11, WN3-5, WN7) = £8.00
• Local Area 3: (L11,L12,L14-16,L18,L24-28,L32-36, WA4, WA7, WA13, WA14,WA16, WN1, WN2, WN6, WN8, BL5, M28-30,M38,M41,M44,M46) = £10.50
• Local Area 4: (L7,L9-10, L13, L17, L19-20, L23, L29-31, L39, WA6, WA15, PR7,
  BL2-4 , BL6, M5-7, M17, M24-27, M31-33, M45) = £13.50

Click & Collect - Collection times:

• Monday to Friday: 9am to 6pm
• Saturday: 9am to 5pm
• Sunday: 10am to 4pm

Failed Deliveries

Where deliveries are attempted but the delivery is unable to be completed due to the
absence of someone able to sign for the goods, we reserve the right to charge for
redelivery.

Damaged goods

Any damages/shortages must be reported within 24 hours of delivery. Photographic
evidence will be needed for all damages.
